He is survived by: his wife Maria Caruso (Sorbara); his sons, Anthony Caruso (Melissa) and Mario Caruso; his grandchild Gianna Caruso; and his sister Anna Mannella (late Mario). He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
