He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph W. Scholl and Mary P. Scholl (Spratt); and his sister Mary Jane Byerly. He is survived by: his siblings, Sheila Hauer, Susan Geibel (Ed), Donna Elaine Halferty (Jim), Richard Scholl (Catherine), Margot Bernabo (Don), Nora Muchow (Rich), Janice Knauss (Ken) and Robert Scholl. He is also survived by his nieces, nephews and many wonderful friends.
