He was predeceased by: his parents, Annabelle Klemencic and Edward D. Klemencic; and his sister Cheryl Klemencic-Kiefer. He is survived by: his siblings, Kenneth Klemencic (Deborah), Kathy Klemencic and Edward F. Klemencic; his siblings' children, Kellie Boehm (Mark), Kenneth Klemencic (Jill), Gary Baron (Kim) and Jason Baron; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Carly Baron, Brittany, Riley Boehm, Mason and Ruby Klemencic.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations in Mark's name to the Hillman Cancer Center, UPMC Cancer Pavilion, Suite 1B, 5150 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232.
