He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Arleen Adelson; his children, Lori Derman (Seth) of Phoenix, AZ, Suzanne Platt (Eric) of Pittsburgh, PA. and Andrew Adelson (Mary) of Pittsburgh, PA.; his brother Irwin "Eddie" Adelson of Pittsburgh; and his grandchildren, Stuart Derman (Amy Rovner), Sarah Derman (Ben Jones), Carlie Platt, Jeremy Platt and Claire Adelson.
