He was predeceased by: his brother Michael Woodrick. He is survived by: his wife Carol A. Woodrick (Black); his children, Thomas J. and Brian M. Woodrick; and his siblings, Catherine VanKirk, Kenneth Woodrick, Edward Conrad, Ruby Evans and Cassie Woodrick. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
