She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Sippel and Elizabeth Sippel; her husband David F. Forward; her son David J. Forward; and her grandson Sean M. Carney (Vanessa Lamb).
She is survived by: her daughter Mary Carney (Edward); her grandchildren, Joy Carney and Brian Carney; and her great grandchildren, Sean M., Brian, Braylen Carney and Gracie Sue Glaser.
