She was predeceased by: her husband Samuel Donald Patton; and her parents, Helen Coyne and Michael Coyne. She is survived by: her children, Donald Patton (Cathy) and Proudest; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Turbyfill (Brian), Meghan Patton, Mary Patton (Nicholas Simon) and Adoring; her great grandchildren, Jack and Blair Turbyfill; and her siblings, James Coyne, Helen Walsh, Sarah Lebanik, John Coyne, Anna Cimino and Kathleen Kreuz. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cherished friends.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions can be made to the St. Jude children's Research Hospital, (Stjude.org) or the Sisters of St. Joseph (http://www.stjoseph-baden.org).

Shenanigans with Ed wrote a sympathy message

“Hello my names Ed irons. I was a dietary worker at fair oaks. Since I started working there, Mary had been my favorite resident. She talked to me everyday I served her and in her room. Everyday I took time to talk to her and check on her. In the end, she didn’t want to eat or drink, but I left it and said I’m not letting you do that. I tested up when she said “I love you Ed, thanks for always caring about me”. Mary patron wasn’t just a resident, she was my friend. I’m so sorry for your loss”
