She was predeceased by: her husband Michael Zurick; her parents, Harry Koenig and Irene Koenig; and her brother Lawrence. She is survived by: her children, Nadine Adamiak (Rob Gratton, Jr.), Steven Zurick (Chandra Conley) and Thomas Zurick; her grandchildren, Jason Adamiak (Julia), Kelsie Chismar (Justin) and Thomas Zurick; her great grandchildren, Landon, Hunter, Gianna, Camden and Maverick; and her siblings, Harry Koenig and Lenny Koenig. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
