He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Patricia "Pat" Chapaitis (Jelinek); his children, Mark Chapaitis and Michele Chapaitis; his sister Carol Kaelin (Larry); his brother-in-law James "Junebug" Jelinek; his brother Carl Chapaitis; and his sister-in-law Beverly Gibb.
