He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael J. Coury and Ann Coury; his siblings, Thomas Coury and Connie Lipovsky; his wife Nancy; and his partner's son John.

He is survived by : his siblings, Patricia Johnson, Richard Coury (Connie) and Val Moses (Tom); his daughter Palia (Ed); his grandchildren, Kenny (Jenny), Kevin (Denise) and Dena (Jose); his significant other Jacqueline Gulbin; and his partner's daughters, Valerie (Tom) and Lori. He is also survived by 8 great grandchildren.

Visitation was held on Sunday, April 14th 2024 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Ball Funeral Chapel, INC Email (600 Dunster St, Pittsburgh, PA 15226). A Mass of Christian burial was held on Monday, April 15th 2024 at 11:30 AM at the Our Lady of Victory Maronite Catholic Church (1000 Tropical Ave, Pittsburgh, PA 15216).
