Czerak; his siblings, John Czerak (Karen DeRubis) of Johnstown and Suzie Catanese (Jim) of Johnstown; his siblings' children, Katie Rigby (Sean), Nick Catanese (Courtney Piro), Danielle Kovac (Andrew) and Jacob Czerak; his great-nephews, Jackson, Roman and Grady; his great-niece Ava; and his close friend Amy Fletcher.
