He was predeceased by: his parents, Abe Levenson and Ann Levenson. He is survived by: his fiancé Sisa Beckwith; his half-sister Rita Tauberg; his sibling's children, David Tauberg (Anne Hawkins) and Faith Siskind (Steven); and his great-nephews, Samuel and Adam Siskind.
