He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Porter; and his aunt Elizabeth. He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kerr Osmianski; his son Adam Osmianski (Joy Ellis); his aunt Rosella; his uncle Joseph Osmianski; his sisters, Donna Yocum and Yvonne Bethel; his parents-in-law, Jack and Carole Kerr; and his siblings-in-law, Patty Brady (Neill) and Jeff Kerr (Lisa). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, many nieces and nephews.
