He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Neil I. H. and Julie S. Park. He is survived by: his sister Dr. Julie U. Park (Michael Ludkowski) of Greenville, SC; and his sibling's children, Nicolas (Nico) and Isabella Ludkowski (Bella). He is also survived by several cousins, aunts, and uncles.

A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 7th 2025 at 1:30 PM at the Richland Cemetery (1257 Scalp Ave, Johnstown, PA 15904).
