He was predeceased by: his parents, Michael Sr. Platek and Ann Platek (Maturkanich); and his siblings, Anna Mae Guke and Regis Platek. He is survived by: his wife Carole Platek (DuBois); his children, Debra and Raymond; and his grandson Michael.
