He is survived by: his children, Michael, Jr. and Rachel (Dorben); his wife Kathleen Rebel (Matuszek); his children-in-law, Pamela Rebel (Hunt) and Brian Dorben; and his family Christian. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
