He is survived by: his wife Theresa Shemerdiak (Banaszak); his sons, Tyler and Nick Shemerdiak; his father-in-law Bernard; his sisters-in-law, Lisa Parks (Bryan) and Lori Lake; and his son Kerry Koll. He is also survived by family members and friends.
