He is survived by: his sons, Steven Slowinski (Denise) and Jeffrey Slowinski (Nicolette); his stepchildren, Robert Adams, Chrissy Adams and Valerie Stevens; his grandchildren, Niceole, Maddison, Carter and Colt; and his stepgrandchildren, Michael, Faith, Vera, Temperance and Adeline. He is also survived by five great-grandchildren.
