She was predeceased by: her husband Ken Spadafore; and her sister Peggy. She is survived by: her child Thomas J. Lahey; and her siblings, Mary Alice Wagner, Dick Moran and Bill. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, former co-workers and friends.
