She is survived by: her children, Michael Maddy, Merry Stawowczyk and Melissa Ayres (Dennis); and her grandchildren, Maryn Maddy, Marissa Maddy, Michael Maddy (Sarah), Samantha Myers (Matthew) and Daniel Stawowczyk. She is also survived by her great-grandchildren.
