He is survived by: his children, Mitchell J. "Mickey" Ptaszkiewicz (Carol), Frank E. Ptaszkiewicz and Michelle "Shelly" Ptaszkiewicz (late Tony Chiarelli); his grandchildren, Jeremy Ptaszkiewicz (Gen), Jamie Ptaszkiewicz, Brittany Thorpe, Alicia Ptaszkiewicz (Ryan Fischbach), Kaylee Bleil (Grant), Lindsay Brady (Bill) and Mitch Ptaszkiewicz, III (Courtney); his great grandchildren, Camden, Alexa, Danika, Cayson, Desiree, Breanna, Madison, Mila, Makena, Melina, Bobby, Olivia, Easton, Savannah, Zander and Marlea "Jean"; his caregiver Marlene Masucci; his close friend Kevin; and his caregivers, Nikki, Danielle and Alexis. He is also survived by numerous loving nieces, nephews, and friends.
