He was predeceased by: his parents, Matt Aronson and Blanche Goldman Aronson; and his wife Evelyn Rae Horelick. He is survived by: his children, Richard (Roberta), Carol Sue Aronson Soifer (Bruce) and Thomas; his grandchildren, Esther Frances Aronson (Michael Blackburn), Rachel Ann Aronson (Jacob Garguilo), Jason Matthew Aronson Soifer (Rachel Zamoiski) and Scott Samuel Soifer; his great grandchildren, Joseph, Julia, Anna Soifer, Lucas, Lily Aronson and Aron Blackburn; and his pets, Cindy, German Shepard, Bamboo and Siamese.
