He was predeceased by: his daughter Erica Lane-Tamuza. He is survived by: his wife Eileen; his sister Trisha Usick (England) of London; his son Adam (Rebecca Wolfe) of Boston; and his grandchildren, Elliot, Naomi, Oskars, Alise and Tom.
