He was predeceased by: his parents, John Fedornak and Helen Fedornak. He is survived by: his siblings, John, Jr., Michael, Andrew, George, Charles, Frank Fedorak, Mary Hoyt, Anne Brunner, Helen Wappler and Margaret Busha. He is also survived by many loving nieces and nephews.
