He was predeceased by: his brother Bryce A. Foltz; and his grandparents, Arthur L. Armstrong, Bonnie H. Foltz and Richard J. Foltz. He is survived by: his parents, Dennis Foltz and Laura Foltz (Armstrong); his significant other Audrey Poplar; and his grandmother Jane A. Armstrong. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and his beloved cats.
