He is survived by: his brother Reggie; his wife Myrna; his children, Shelli Bowers (DeWayne), Noel Jr. (Tamara) and Collin; his grandchildren, Noel III, Taylor, Chakerra Watkins (Andre) and Rayven Stroud; and his great grandchildren, Arionna and Aminah. He is also survived by loving family members and friends.
