We announce the death of Nora Mary Keenan (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 15, 2026, at the age of 94. Nora will be remembered by family members, friends, and others whose lives were connected in meaningful ways. She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas Foley and Bridget Foley (Dillen); her husband John Kennan; her son John Keenan; and her son-in-law Joseph Tury.
She is survived by: her children, Noreen Tury, Charles Keenan (Cheryl), Patricia Simon (Dave), Thomas Keenan and Joseph Keenan (Irene Haberman); and her grandchildren, Jacob Tury, Cathleen Thompson, Breanne Marino (Nick), Matthew Keenan, Nicholas Simon (Rachel), Kristen Hershey (Jacob), Ashley, Melanie, Mark Keenan, Madison Dannon and Alex Haberman (Abby). She is also survived by several great grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the William Slater II Funeral Service (1650 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220). A Mass was held on Monday, October 19th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Of St. Raphael the Archangel Parish (1607 Greentree Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15220).
