She was predeceased by: her parents, Verna Sobieszczyk and Clem Sobieszczyk; and her sister Mary Ann Jencka. She is survived by: her husband Richard Lesikiewicz, Sr.; her children, Miriam Lesikiewicz, Richard, Jr. (Kimberly), John Kennedy (Rachel) and Susan Lesikiewicz; her stepgrandchildren, Dylan, Emily, Brady, Maya and Nora; and her friend Loraine Noak.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John J. Gmiter Funeral Home (119 S 15th St, Pittsburgh, PA 15203). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the St. Paul. A committal service will be held on Thursday, October 2nd 2025 at 2:30 PM at the National Cemetery of the Alleghenies Email (1158 Morgan Rd, Bridgeville, PA 15017).
