She was predeceased by: her father John T. McGuirk; and her brother John McGuirk. She is survived by: her mother Rose McGuirk (Varlotta); her children, Chanel and Jeffrey Geraci (Krysta); her grandsons, Eli Burkard and Oliver Geraci; and her siblings, Maria Stewart (late Jay), Adel McGuirk (Jeff Thompson) and Michelle McGuirk (Mary Hoglund).
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 16th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the Holy Family Parish (444 John St, Pittsburgh, PA 15239).
