She was predeceased by: her parents, Martin O'Toole and Julia O'Toole; her siblings, Martin O'Toole (Betty) of Cleveland, OH, Ann Hammer (Don) of Red Wing, MN and Mary Catherine (Raymond) of Cincinnati, OH.; and her husband Dr. Richard McKenna (Dick).
She is survived by: her children, Richard of Forest Hills, Mark (Nancy) of Mt. Lebanon, Julie Niklason (Ken) of Forest Hills, Greg (Erin) of Mt. Lebanon, Philip (Beth) of Chalfont, PA, Mary of Mt. Lebanon and Maureen Newell (Mike) of Regent Square; and her grandchildren, Connor Newell, Sean Newell, Nathan McKenna, Ryan McKenna, Kate Newell, Hannah Niklason, Colin McKenna, Molly McKenna, Patrick Newell, Lizzie McKenna, Mary Newell and Nora Newell. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Monday, September 14th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 7:00 PM. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Paul Cathedral (Pittsburgh, PA).
