With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Patricia Vaughn (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on June 13, 2023 at the age of 78. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bill Fera and Marion Fera; and her husband Coleman Vaughn. She is survived by: her sons, Christopher (Nikki), Brian (Joelle) and Michael Vaughn (Dawnlee); her grandchildren, Christopher, Nina, Coleman, Luke, Michael and Matthew Vaughn; her brother Bill Fera, Jr.; her significant other John Fischerkeller; her partner's children, Jan Klima, Jill and Johnny Fischerkeller; and also Mykahla.
