He is survived by: his siblings, Gretchen Barclay (Joe) and George Burgard (Anita); his former wife Kathleen Koontz (Kathi); his children, Kristin (Paul Mayer), Erin DiPerna (Jim) and Kara Burgard-Clark (Chris); his grandchildren, Christopher, Nate, Lauren, Sloan, Claire, Katie and Allison; his spouse Chalfant; his stepchildren, Bobby (Mandy), Jimmy (Megan), Ronnie (Kim) and Jennifer (Milton); his stepgrandchildren, Nolan and Lucy Thompson; his sister Louise Churik (Jerry); and his friends, Chalfant and Ron. He is also survived by sisters- and brothers-in-law, and many nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
