He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Galvanek and Helen Galvanek; his brother Robert Galvanek; and his sister-in-law Charlotte Galvanek. He is survived by: his wife Gene Sankey; his children, Paul Galvanek (Caryn), Joanne Ballin, Stephen Galvanek (Olga), Robert Galvanek (Robin) and Barbara Galvanek; his grandchildren, Jeremiah, Jessica, Mark, David, Ollie, Anna and Freddie; and his siblings, George and Barbara Galvanek. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
