Phyllis Spatz Obituary

We are sad to announce that on April 5, 2020, Phyllis Spatz (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was loved and cherished by many people including: her spouse Dr. Sidney Spatz; her daughters, Sandy Spatz (Tracy Hultgren) of Chicago, IL, Pamela Spatz (David Bogen), Dartmouth and Hilary Spatz (Max Levine); her grandchildren, Alison Spatz Levine (Daniel Carmeli), Deborah Levine (Chris Timmerman), Randall Levine (Tia Scagliarini) and Geir Spatz Bogen; her great grandchildren, Ezra, Samuel, Noa, Eden and Miri; her parents, Abe Cohen and Minnie Cohen (Bernstein); and her brother Sanford Cohen (Sonny).

Phyllis supported the Jewish National Fund and the Carnegie Library of Pittsburgh and if you would like to make a contribution in her memory, these institutions would be a wonderful remembrance.
