With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Rachel A. Kuzio (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on October 30, 2018 at the age of 68. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Rachel A. Kuzio to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parent Michael Kuzio; and her sibling Mercedes Jean Kelley. She is survived by: her parent Erma Kuzio (Roberts); and her aunts and uncles, Michael Kojundzic, Betty Kojundzic, Theresa Richards, Ed Kuzio, Richard Rolnik and Elva Rolnik. She is also survived by niece, a nephew, cousins and many loving friends.

In lieu of flowers, Rachel requests contributions to UPMC Hillman Cancer Center, 5115 Centre Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15232 or Family Hospice and Palliative Care, 50 Moffett Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15243.
