We are sad to announce that on January 26, 2020 we had to say goodbye to Rachel P. Parks (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), born in Boston, Massachusetts. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Judith Nancy Peisen and Gary Lane Peisen; her sister Shireen F. Peisen; and her grandparents, Justin Joseph Francis and Bertha Elizabeth Francis (Leppanen).

She is survived by: her daughters, Alison "Alix" and Josephine "Josie" Parks (James "Jay" Parks) of Hagerstown, MD. She is also survived by siblings from her father's previous marriage and numerous cousins.

Rachel was always fun and such a great spirit. I could tell how much she adored her girls. Over the years I have always thought of her and her Alison. It was a great joy getting to know them both.
