He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Dugan and Helen Dugan (Merkel); and his wife Donna M. Dugan (Staab). He is survived by: his children, Rachel Sams (Michael), Rebecca Schock (Brett), Madelyn, Lauren and Carson; and his siblings, Mary Beth Blackwood (late Ed) and Michele Kraus (James). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
