He was predeceased by: his wife Diane Renee Kincaid; his grandchildren, Freddie and Keegan; and his siblings, Teresa Heberling, Patty Kincaid and Daniel Kincaid.

He is survived by: his daughter Kelly Kincaid; and his sister Jean Marie Lynch. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
