He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Cheryl Luffy (Yevick); his children, Christopher Luffy, Raymond "Trey" Luffy III and Nicole Luffy; his parents, Raymond Luffy and Rose Luffy; his siblings, Rhonda Graham (Greg), Renee Meyer (Dave) and Ronald Luffy (Deborah); his siblings' children, Krista, Sean, Kailee (Jonathan), Ryan, Jeffrey, Katelyn, Alessandra, Abram and Tara; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, August, Merryn and Kamryn.
