Regina leaves behind cherished memories for friends, family, and all who had the privilege of knowing her. Regina’s life was marked by connections and experiences that touched those around her. She was predeceased by: her husband William A. Guzzi; her brother Lawrence Sullivan; her sister-in-law Sally Sullivan; and her parents, Lawrence F. Sullivan and Julia T. Sullivan.
She is survived by: her children, Gayle Killian (Ron), Michelle Knighton, Lori Guzzi and Billy Guzzi (Chrissy). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 6:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. Roth Chapel (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235).
