He is survived by: his close friend Olga Parik; his sister Charmaine Cosentino (Bernard); and his nieces, Kimberley Minihan, Cheri Skertich, Jackie Benna, Michelle DePaulo and Jennifer Kite. He is also survived by several other family members and friends.
