He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Kurtek and Julia Kurtek. He is survived by: his wife Ellen A. Kurtek (Freyermuth); his sons, Richard W. and John J. Kurtek; and his siblings, Linda L. Dumann (Dean), Louis J. Kurtek, Jr. (late Denise), William G. Kurtek and Karen M. Kello (James). He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews and friends.
