He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Barbara (Bobbi); his children, Andrea Kann Gassner of New York, NY and Daniel E. Kann (Dana) of Ventura, CA.; his stepchildren, Jordanna Zimmer Ufberg (Paul Ufberg) of Philadelphia, PA and Rabbi Dovid Zimmer (Rivka) of Givat Ze'ev, Israel.; his sister Linda S. Kann of Pittsburgh; and his grandchildren, Toby, Zoey Gassner, Jackson, Sadie Kann, Jack, Ella, Charlotte, Evelyn "Liv" Ufberg, Moshe, Baruch, Sara, Yocheved, Shragie, Chaim Yakov, Esther and Shmuel Zimmer. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
