He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Martin and Mildred Anne Hart (Jones). He is survived by: his family, Henry Hart (Diane), Robert (Hart), Colleen, Christine Blakeley (Ralph) and Daniel Hart (Danielle); and his brother Henry. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made to the Little Sisters of the Poor.
