He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary Roberts and David Stanley Roberts; his wife Shirley Disotell; and his siblings, Stanley, Lawrence, John, Michael, Thomas and Mary.
He is survived by: his children, Gloria Sciarappa (Dominic), Richard Roberts II (Jane) and Rock Roberts (DiAnne). He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, 11 great-grandchildren, and numerous nieces and nephews.
