He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Max Barzen and Ann Barzen; his mother-in-law Ruth Brimmeier; his wife Karen Barzen (Brimmeier); his children, Rick Barzen (Christine Tedesco), Beth Wynne (Ken) and Jake Barzen (Phoebe); his grandchildren, Kayla, Haley, Jenna, Johnny, Ava, Zach, Chase and Allie; and his sisters, Joanne (late George), Maxine Arlof (late Bob), Denise DeMarco (Dale), Cheryl Woistman (Denny), Elaine Lowrie (Joe) and Nancy Wise (Tim).
