She was predeceased by: her husband Richard Carpenter; and her brother John Urbaniak. She is survived by: her sister Marian Steele; her children, Gary, Lora Medwid (Randy) and Aimee McMahon (Mark); her grandchildren, Valery Jeffries, Joe Medwid, Chelsea Newcomer and Kayley McMahon; her great grandchildren, Haley Medwid, Cohen, Luke Jeffries, Mac and Callan Newcomer; and her sister Rose Thomas (Dave).
