With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Robert J. Aranos (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania), who passed away on July 3, 2025 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As Robert departs from this earthly realm, his essence lingers — a whisper on the wind, a ripple on the water — a testament to the enduring power of love to transcend the boundaries of life and death. Though Robert may no longer walk beside us, his spirit lives on in the memories and the legacy Robert leaves behind.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Ann Marie (Walsh); his son Robert P. Aranos (Melisa); his sister Anna Mae Bashista; his grandchildren, Robbie J. and Isabella; and his nieces, Natalie Fedorak, Krista Zink and Sharon Zink. He was also cherished by nieces, nephews and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Frank F. DeBor Funeral Home (1065 Brookline Blvd, Pittsburgh, PA 15226). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
