Robert left this world on June 25, 2025 at the age of 76, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. In the hush of twilight, as the stars twinkle in silent homage, we reflect on the legacy Robert leaves behind and his impact on the lives of his loved ones. Though Robert may no longer walk among us, his spirit lives on in the memories held dear by his family and friends, a guiding light that illuminates their paths in times of darkness.
He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Donna N. Ergler; his children, Bryan Ergler (Jill Varmecky) and Amy-Beth Ergler (Lee Savage); and his sister Toni Buddemeyer (Don).
Visitation will be held on Friday, June 27th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Soxman Funeral Homes, Ltd. (7450 Saltsburg Rd, Pittsburgh, PA 15235). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, June 28th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM at the same location.
