He was predeceased by: his parents, Ronald Bentz and Mary Jane Bentz. He is survived by: his sisters, Mary Lynn Foster (Jack), Barbara Staniscia (Jamie), Susan Ferguson (Mark) and Judy Bulazo (Steve); and his nieces and nephews, Hallie Foster, Patrick Foster, Sean Ferguson (Liz), Josh Staniscia (Breanna), Tara Rivetti (David), Faley Bulazo, Marina Bulazo, Peter Rivetti and Lyla Ferguson.
